Whether its terrazzo, tile, resinous, or hardwood we will plan, manage, provide product failure solutions and help design. A one stop consulting and project managing shop to suit your needs.
Preconstruction Design
We can assist you with shop drawings.
Design & Construction Estimate
We can provide detailed phasing plans and excepted timelines for finishing your project with man day allocation.
On-Site Consultations
We will come onsite and provide detailed break downs of your project and give insight to any challenges your are experiencing.

We can come and do an internal punchlist for your project. With detailed pictures and suggestions on how to fix. Clean your scope of work up before the contractor or owner look for imperfections.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
JOHN BESSER
John Besser has been working in the flooring industry for over ten years. Starting out installing/ grouting tile work in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, to installing terrazzo/ resinous flooring systems in New York City. Over the years he has developed and adapted to the changing technologies in the flooring industry. Moving up through the ranks to Project Superintendent/ Manager for a well-respected flooring company in NYC, Platinum Terrazzo.
Determined to use his knowledge to help contractors and designers, he set out to open Premier Flooring Solutions. Using his expertise, he is able to bring the flooring industry challenges to light and smooth the process of managing and problem solving for his clients.
